What started as evening discussions between three finance professionals in Mažeikiai became the foundation of Wealthlex Systems. We noticed something troubling – talented business minds were making poor financial decisions simply because traditional education hadn't prepared them for real-world economic challenges.

Our founder, Kristina Vaitkevičienė, had spent years watching colleagues struggle with basic financial planning despite their technical expertise. "You can be brilliant at engineering or marketing," she often said, "but if you don't understand cash flow or investment fundamentals, you're building on shaky ground."

By 2022, word had spread throughout Lithuania's business community about our practical approach to financial education. We weren't teaching abstract theories – we were showing people how to make better decisions with their actual money and business resources.

The pandemic had taught everyone harsh lessons about financial resilience. Businesses that survived weren't necessarily the largest or most funded – they were the ones whose leaders understood risk management, cash reserves, and adaptive planning. This validated everything we'd been teaching since day one.

We launched our structured learning programs during this period, moving beyond informal workshops to comprehensive curricula that professionals could complete alongside their regular work commitments.
